Dr. Sheila Caldwell is a visionary leader at the forefront of educational transformation, boasting over two decades of experience in pioneering equity and diversity initiatives within higher education. As the Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer for Antiracism, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, she has shaped institutional cultures and fostered inclusive models across Illinois and Georgia. Dr. Caldwell holds a doctorate degree from the University of Georgia and a Diversity Certificate from Harvard University, underpinning her extensive expertise in advancing inclusive excellence.
